Chet Ostrowski is a litigator, who focuses his practice primarily in the areas of complex civil and commercial litigation in New York and New Jersey trial and appellate courts. Chet has significant experience representing businesses and individuals in disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference and fraud claims. He also litigates matters involving trademark and real estate issues, business dissolutions and commercial leasehold disputes.
In addition to the practice of law, Chet enjoys traveling, playing golf and spending time with his family and friends. In November, Chet will run his first marathon (the 2011 ING NYC Marathon) on behalf of the Boomer Esiason Foundation -- an organization committed to increasing awareness and education about the life-threatening genetic disorder cystic fibrosis and providing financial support to research aimed at finding a cure.
