Elizabeth F. Ahlstrand is an associate with the firm’s Hartford, Connecticut office. She focuses her practice on the areas of insurance coverage and appellate advocacy. Ms. Festa received her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Colby College. She earned her Juris Doctorate with high honors from the University of Connecticut School Of Law. While in law school, she was the Fidelity & Surety Editor of the Connecticut Law Journal. Before joining Seiger Gfeller Laurie, Ms. Festa served as the judicial clerk of the Honorable Ellen Ash Peters, retired Chief Justice of the Connecticut Supreme Court. She is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Connecticut Bar and Hartford County Bar Associations.
