New SGL White Paper on War, Terrorism and Hacktivism Under Cyber Insurance Policies.

 IStock_RiskSGL has released a White Paper addressing War, Terrorism, and Hacktivism Under Cyber Insurance Policies. The paper was written by Vince Vitkowsky (New York). It addresses potential coverage issues by reviewing policy language, existing case law, and US government doctrine, and presents factual scenarios depicting the blurred lines among state actors, terrorists, hacktivists and criminals. The Paper has also been published by the Advisen Cyber Risk Network.
